Busra Seckin is a climate finance expert and project manager with over 12 years of experience designing and implementing sustainable development projects across emerging economies. She has worked with leading international donors including AFD, EBRD, World Bank, the EU, ECF, and UN agencies, delivering technical assistance on green finance, green taxonomy, transition planning, entrepreneurship, and climate-aligned policy frameworks. She is an accredited Entrepreneurship Development Adviser by the International Trade Center and holds the Sustainability and Climate Risk certification from GARP.
