I am Graduate Civil Engineer with Post graduation in Environmental Ecology with more than 32 years of rich and relevant experience in Highways and Roads. Has experience in senior management capacities as Team Leader, Chief Resident Engineer, Procurement Expert, Pavement Expert, Environmental Expert, Quality Management Experts etc in Highways and Roads Projects funded by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, JICA, GTZ, MCC in association with International Organization in Armenia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka and Thailand.

The specific subject expertise is Project Management, Transportation Policy and System Management, Transport Technology and Financial Management including expertise in Environmental Management and Planning on highway and Road Sector in Asia.

Has extensive experience in overall project management in Highway / Roads design implementation, construction supervision and monitoring of the project with management in numbers of Project in Asia. I am well versed in PPP model Project Program, BOT Modality in Transportation, Transportation Policy and System Management, Contract Management and Administration, Construction Supervision and Quality Assurance with Materials management.

 I am in-depth knowledge and experience in FIDIC Conditions and AASTHO Technical Specification and good command in Computer Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera III, HDM-4, Auto-Cad and Highway/ Roads design Software. Further I had published number of articles on BOT Modality, Quality Control system management, Environmental Managements etc in national and international level. He has good exposed in international workshop and seminar on his expertise field.
