With a deep understanding of power dynamics, privilege, and their role in creating and perpetuating safeguarding, PSEA, and gender-based violations, I excel in crafting and implementing comprehensive policies, strategies, and action plans to proactively address and effectively respond to instances of policy violations. Throughout my professional journey, I have spearheaded efforts to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and survivor-centered approaches within organizations. I have empowered both staff and beneficiaries to confidently voice concerns and take proactive measures to prevent sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment, while ensuring accessible and confidential complaints and feedback mechanisms are in place. Global Fund, ECHO, CIDA, and SIDA. I have extensive experience in implementing safeguarding action plans in complex environments, including conflict, post-conflict, and drought-affected areas.
