• Solid multiannual professional experience including over 20 years of consulting and project management of complex international aid projects focusing on financial and non-financial assistance for SMEs in regional and local economic development. 
• Experience included cooperating with SME development organisations such as regional development agencies and in working directly with SME’s in developing business plans, marketing strategies, financial management and human resource solutions.  
• Key project tools and activities typically covered grant scheme management, capacity building, training and mentoring aimed at upgrading the performance of SMEs, SME support organizations and their versatile sources of finance. 
• Access to finance for SMEs and SME support organizations involved national development funds and guarantee funds from the public sector and commercial banks and sources of equity and VC finance from the private sector. 
• Experienced in developing financial markets and in all aspects of impact assessment of both banks and NBFI's.
