Over 16 years of senior level experience in international development, academia, and policy advocacy with the World Bank, a university, government agencies, nonprofit organizations and research institutions

Demonstrated expertise in planning, designing, implementing and evaluating large-scale social communication programs; and in negotiating, mediating and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Extensive experience in strengthening grassroots initiatives and local to national development programs with a focus on reducing inequality, knowledge management, policy advocacy, enhancing transparency, and consensus building among diverse stakeholders.

Assignments include: designing US$ 8 million Strategic Civil Society Water Fund in South Asia; leading the design of curriculum development in water diplomacy in the Ganges-Brahmaputra-Meghna Basin; supporting and empowering community based organizations for poverty alleviation in Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka; coordinating the Abu Dhabi Dialogue, a Track 1.5 process on water resources discourse and negotiations in South Asia comprising policymakers, CSOs, and other key influencers; and leading the Water Services Reforms Communication & Consultation Initiative across Bangladesh, India & Pakistan for the Water and Sanitation Program of the World Bank.
