- Overall 10 years experience in banking/MFI agri-finance and insurance risk management, 10 years as agribusiness manager and specialist, and 20 years as seed industry specialist (approximately 15 years employed from academic positions)

- Track record in Agribusiness Management, Value Chain Anslysis, Bank Lending to Agriculture; SME Development, Credit Cooperation and Microfinance, Crop Insurance, Extension Farmer Education, Seed Industry

- Awarded a "medal of honour" by the Government of Ukraine for the management and achievements of the “Support to SME in the Rural Sector” project.

- Trainer/facilitator for topics including crop insurance, agri-finance, cooperatives, SME and rural development, agribusiness, business planning, institutional development,values and ethics, technical writing, project cycle management, participatory processes, leadership, M&E and others.
