I am a consultant and a project manager of a number of international technical assistance projects financed by international donors, such as the EU, the World Bank, the EBRD mainly in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. I managed projects on good governance, institutional and administrative reform, corporate development of municipal infrastructure companies.

My experience as consultant is in such areas as capacity building and training, stakeholder participation and communication, aid coordination. I also  sound familiarity with gender equality issues, as I have worked on gender mainstreaming for clients of EBRD financed corporate development projects in Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Tajikistan and lectured on women’s leadership for volunteers of an NGO supporting professionalisation of women.

My managerial experience includes positions of a director at a consulting company, head of a representative office, vice-president of a bank, acting director of an EU Energy Centre Riga.
