· Over 19 years experience in 4 different countries, with Private Sector, Development Aid and Humanitarian Emergency, in assessment, planning, design, implementation and monitoring of Engineering, infrastructures projects, and procurement for supplies, services, constructions, renovations, FacilitiesManagement, responsible of related Environmental and Social aspects, for projects and programmes, security related threats, constraints in target location. This includes management responsibilities;
· Over $75million of Project and Programme components managed in the last 8 years from various multilateral funding organizations: UN Agencies, European Union(EU), World Bank(WB), KfW, African Development Bank, Global Pertneship for Education (GPE), etc, and other various fundings sources.
· Strong expertise in needs, feasibility assessments and proficiency in identifying and analysing infrastructure data of significant depth and complex facilities and construction projects;
· Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, including Engineering and various infrastructures and Facilities Management.
· Highly skilled at coordinating the work of field teams and providing training to staff members, partners, Government authorities, and contractors;
· Successful track record in procurement and infrastructure project management in challenging, volatile, and high-risk environments as well as in poor markets;
· Tracking and Dashboard monitoring;
· Proficient in establishing partnerships with key stakeholders and cordinate their involvement, including funding agencies (UNICEF, Belgian Development Agency), Countries Governments, implementing partners, contractors, and beneficiaries;
· Broad experience in the private sector (over 6 years), International Development Aid (4 years), and United Nations (9 years) including emergency and complex challengin contexts;
· International experience, with focus on Eastern, Central, Western and North Africa regions, including support missions to Country Offices and remote work;
