Work experience includes preliminary design, final design and tender documents, tendering and award of contract; profound management experience of expert teams and projects;

In addition, assistance to and support for financing agencies, development banks and donors covering project preparation, fact finding missions, appraisal studies and feasibility studies and extensive work as a procurement expert for the German Development Bank (KfW) and the French Development Organisation (AFD). Extensive experience as a procurement manager and tendering of consulting and construction services (60 tenders carried out).

In-depth experience in evaluating projects, programs, sectors and country programs gained in 40 evaluations (see table at the end); sound experience in capacity building in the field of water and sanitary engineering;

Software knowledge applies to the entire MS-office package, a wide range of hydraulic software (i.e. WaterCAD, Stanet, Epanet, etc. and special survey with GPS).
