With more than 27 years of International Logistics/operations Management  experience creating and implementing best practice supply chain and operations  strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance, I am a dependable and organised manager with the ability to drive improvement and inspire successful, high-achieving teams. I have proven track of success in all aspects of Logistics and  Supply chain management, procurement,  Human Resource management, Finance Management inventory and asset management, Warehouse management, fleet and transport management, project management, logistics administration, supplier management, team leadership and capacity building and staff training.

Over the course of my professional history, I have achieved the following career highlights:

• Managed successful programs for the United Nations , African Union and various International INGO`s in 17 countries throughout Africa, Middle East, Caribbean and South America`s This includes 3 years in Haiti
• Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of , Logistics and security management in conflict and post conflict countries , managing logistics in donor funded programs for emergency post conflict & reconstruction
• Instrumental in streamlining processes, implementing SOP`S and best practices, whilst successfully supporting and achieving desired program support while building staff capacity and training
• Implemented Logistics procedures incorporating land, air , sea and river transportation and importation
• Strong communication skills with teams, management, local authorities and clusters ,with the  ability to build robust relationships and effectively manage competing demands that resulted in achieving timely supply chain goals/objectives.
