Mr. Dawson is currently the JSSP-CMS-Team Lead. He has been involved in all phases of the expansion and implementation of the Afghan case management system, design, budgeting, staffing, logistics, IT, and coordinating with Afghan Government officials. The case management system increased in scope from 20 staff in three provinces, with 34 locations, and less than 10,000 cases to more than 160 staff in all 34 provinces, with 438 locations and more than 160,000 cases during his tenure as Team Lead.  He was also the initial Legislative Tracking Advisor with JSSP. Mr. Dawson is a criminal defense attorney with over 8 years of combined experience.  Prior to practicing law Mr. Dawson worked in the field of non-profit advocacy and research.  He previously served as a policy analyst and then a Director of Research and Legislative Policy for non-profits working on state-wide issues.  He completed his law degree at the University of Alabama subsequent to receiving his Master of Science degree in Rural Sociology, concentrating in the fields of Human Capital Theory and technology transfer.  He received his B.A. in Economics from L.S.U.
