  • Bachelor degree in International Relations at the Moldova State University and Master degree in Political Science at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Moldova, and relevant experience in international relations in international and EU affairs in the area of home affairs, 2 international certificates on project management (Austria and Poland);
  • More than 10 years of extensive and detailed work experience in the field of strategic planning and project management (from designing and establishment of institutional priorities, to writing project fiches, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation), including development cooperation, institutional coordinator of all external assistance projects, from which 2 months in Vienna, for internship within BKA, including previous experience in development assistance projects for public institutions (Ministry of Interior, Police, Border Police, Bureau for migration and asylum, Emergency Situation and Civil Protection Service, etc.), also for Romania ODA funded projects in Moldova
  • More than 5 years of proven professional experience in gender equality and women empowerment, being the member from 2010 and also being in management position from 2013 in the Council of the Women police Officers Network for SE Europe (WPON) and also in the field of child rights protection, as titular representative of the Republic of Moldova within the Lanzarote Committee of the Council of Europe (for the implementation of the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse, from 2012,
  • More than 5 years in communications (designing press-releases, preparing and organisation of press conferences with the participation of the MIA management and invited foreign partners) and public awareness campaigns (on child protection against sexual abuse, as the RM member for the Lanzarote Committee of the CoE; on the benefits of the EU-RM Association Agreement – during February-April 2015; information campaigns of the Moldavian MIA on the results of the implemented projects with the support of the external partners)
  • Experience with financial management, in the framework of designing and implementation of development projects (including the coordination of operational implementation and the financial part in implementing the Budget support for the MIA from the EU during 2014-2016 in an amount of 21 mln. Euro) and extensive experience in liaising and cooperating with government officials (of all levels, from ministers to experts), NGOs (in different areas from law enforcement, gender equality issues and child protection, etc.), media, academia in the relevant area of MIA activity, during implementation of development projects involving several beneficiaries.
