: I have experience in both the public and private sector for 29 years. In the first case I was part of the Cabinet of the Minister of Agriculture in Argentina during the period 1984-1987 attending negotiations between the government and the dairy sector. I also worked in the major World Bank and Interamerican Bank funding for Agriculture in Argentina: PROSAP during 8 years. I was in charge of identifying project areas, developing ideas for projects in the food industry and in the irrigation areas. In the private sector I worked for three years in Nestlé in the marketing area and planning. As a consultant I worked for World Bank and IDB in Argentina and Paraguay in several projects related to the agricultural sector. Also I worked a consultant for private institutions such as Bank of Boston and Universidad Católica Argentina.
