About
Mohammad Tayyab specialises in development and humanitarian sector planning and accountability measures of projects and programmes. He has experience in designing and conducting social research and MEAL assignments. He has been designing Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation systems and evaluating impacts of programmes for synthesizing lessons and empowering institutions with knowledge management culture. His forte within MEAL processes is to engage with diverse stakeholderships in individual as well as group interactions, workshops and exercises to use collective knowledge (quantitative and qualitative) for coherent planning processes based on the lessons. His work has also facilitated organizational development for various International and National NGOs, bilateral and multilateral organizations and corporate companies.
Apart from his work in project and programme planning and accountability measures, he has undertaken profuse research work towards social and institutional aspects which includes public sector institutions, corporate companies and social organizations. He has also facilitated organizational development for various International and National NGOs. His niche is large scale project designing, planning and implementation.

I hold a Master’s degree in Environmental Planning and Management. i also have Masters in Business Administration (HR) and a Diploma in Management Consulting from Grenoble Graduate School of Business (GGSB), France. I have attended specialist courses on Sustainable Agriculture and Environment from Agricultural University of Norway, PCM-PLAN from MDF-Netherlands, Management skills from Sri Lanka and various other international and national courses on subjects relating to capacity building, PM&E, project management and related themes.
I hold a prolific experience of working with NGOs, as well as corporate sector viz. SUNGI Development Foundation, Civil Society Human and Institutional development Programme (CHIP) International Catholic Migration Commission (ICMC), MOL-Pakistan Oil and Gas Company B.V. I am currently working as General Manager with CHIP Training and Consulting (Pvt) Ltd. and under this, is focal for Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation. Within this current capacity, I am supervising 48 staff directly and over 6000 staff indirectly in 34 districts of Pakistan.
