Over 17 years of comprehensive experience in health systems development and public health programming, the expert has demonstrated expertise across maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS prevention, medical oxygen ecosystems, healthcare leadership, and human rights, particularly for marginalized groups including LGBTQIA+. With profound knowledge in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), the expert has successfully implemented CQI systems for Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) across Uganda, leading to their integration into national health standards and enhanced service delivery across 26 districts. A testament to strong leadership, the expert directed the development of Lesotho’s first national medical oxygen scale-up plan, effectively addressing critical gaps during the COVID-19 pandemic and strengthening the national supply chain infrastructure.
