Holder of a Postgraduate degree in the field of Mathematic modelling with a Degree: PhD degree in mathematics methods and economic modelling

More than 9 years’ experience in teaching at the University level at the Tajik Institute of economy and finance and Institute of Economy, responsible for teaching courses (Mathematical methods and studies to operations in economy, Informatics, Econometrics, Mathematics, object orientated programming), preparation of syllabi, guidance of student work, writing and publication of scientific articles and participation in scientific conferences and seminars, participation in educational and social life of faculty and institute.

Prior teaching experience at the Tajik Institute of Economy and Finance and Institute of Economy, teaching courses in Computer programming, Mathematical methods and studies to operations in economy, Informatics, Econometrics, Mathematics, basics of algorithms, automated information technologies, object orientated programming
Extensive knowledge of PFM related subjects: Accounting and reporting, finance, budget analysis, planning, management, execution, definition of a clear performance assessment, framework, strengthening of the capacities of the MOEDT, MOF, NBT, GKs

Excellent communication skills

Publication more than 35 scholarly articles or manuscripts in English and Russian.
