Specialized in Strategic Energy Management for complex industrial systems, Prof. Dr. Georges Seil is a recognized Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Measurement and  Verification Professional (CMVP) and ISO50001 Auditor with extensive site and project experience accumulated in Western Europe, all Balkan countries, the Ukraine, Turkey and the Maghreb countries.

Since 2006 he works as a registered Senior Advisor and Energy Specialist for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Mr. Seil started his own Management Consulting Company in 2002 in the domain of corporate and energy strategy design and monitoring.

Since 2018, Georges is active in plastic recycling projects and has co-engineered and designed a first PET to Fiber and Polyester wadding production line in Turkmenistan.

Since 2019, Georges is specializing in the design of production processes for circular economy plastic recycling.

His company BIZ-Consultant sàrl is incorporated in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, his country of birth and of residence.

In August 2019, Mr. Seil graduated in PhD - Energy strategy.

Mr Seil is a lecturer at the Polytechnic University of Timisoara and offers a number of energy and strategy related trainings by his own company in Luxembourg and in all his client countries.

Since Feb 2021, Dr Seil holds a Full Professorship in the Rushmore Online University.

Mr Georges Seil is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), Senior Member of the Institute of Electric and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), the Association of Energy Service Professionals (AESP), the European Expertise & Expert Institute (EEEI) and the Luxembourg Senior Consultants.
