- International politics: political expert (MA Political Science) with 10+ years of experience on Eastern European countries, with specific regards to post-Socialist economics, legal and political transition processes. Produced a long track of analytical papers and material on socio-economic topics and on current political developments.
- EU development and cooperation policies: sound knowledge of EU policies, funds and programmes for local development and sustainable growth regarding environmental preservation, energy efficiency and economic development. Specific experience with the EU southern and eastern neighbourhood (ENI) and IPA. Produced analytical papers and material on socio-economic topics and on current political developments.
- Evaluation of EU programmes: experienced in the evaluation of EU ERDF/IPA programmes for impact assessment on beneficiaries and contribution to harmonisation with acquis, entailing extensive research, carrying out interviews and surveys.

Business development and contract acquisition: monitoring and follow-up of funding opportunities, donor relations management (EuropeAid, UN agencies, bilateral donors et al.); preparation of concept notes, technical and financial offers to different clients; expert sourcing/recruitment.
- Local development: experience in participatory processes directed to strategic local development with the involvement of local stakeholders (CSOs, private sectors, universities etc) and establishment of permanent community engagement mechanisms.
- Energy sector: sound knowledge of the global energy market; highly familiar with energy market liberalisation, energy transition and energy efficiency, EU energy policy on RES and diversification of energy supply and sources. Experience in energy security related issues.
- Election observation: highly familiar with electoral procedures and with election observation (OSCE and others). Short term observer to Moldova, Kazakhstan Ukraine, Armenia and others.
