Mr. Ojok is an Institutional Capacity Building and Human Resource Management Advisor on: Policy analysis and development; Organization/Institutional Development and Human Resource Management with over 15 years’ experience. He specializes in institutional capacity development: Organisation reviews and restructuring; HR systems review, design and development; Management systems and functional analysis, work methods, processes, practices, rules and regulations (systems re-engineering); performance management and evaluation systems; records and information systems design and development. He has worked in senior positions in these areas in government ministries and public sector organizations. He has also worked as consultant with UNDP South Sudan and a number of clients.
