More than 15 years of experience as a legal reform specialist with a focus on anti-corruption, parliamentary strengthening, judicial independence and legal education, as a professor, government advisor, legal trainer, manager and legal drafter.

More than 10 years in law and development work, 7 years of experience as a manager in rule of law and legal reform projects, and in addition 3 years advising on law and development programs as a law professor and academic program manager.

More than 8 years of relevant experience in implementation of rule of law programs in Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan. Expertise on judicial efficiency, and fighting corruption by improving working processes and procedures in court systems.

Extensive experience providing advice on strategic approaches for national justice policies, having worked closely with justice ministries on strategies and legislation in Kazakhstan and Armenia, and parliamentarians in Kosovo and Kyrgyzstan.

Extensive experience in the field of parliamentary strengthening projects, including Team Leader experience in Kyrgyzstan for 20 months and in Kosovo for 11 months.

More than 6 years of experience in legal institutional capacity building, having worked to create judicial independence in Kyrgyzstan, Armenia and Kazakhstan.
