Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

>         Twenty-five years experience in the aid program design, management, monitoring, reporting and evaluation in the Indo-Pacific and Middle East, including delivery of Australian Aid design and evaluation assignments. Extensive networks with key program design, management and evaluation consultants (individuals, companies, research institutes, universities) in Australia and globally.

>         Twenty three years business development experience securing numerous Australian Aid, NZ MFAT, ADB, World Bank, UN, EU and bi-lateral donor program management and consultancy contracts.  Management of business opportunity pipeline (value: $2 billion), technical writing, strategy, team and consortia formation for competitive tenders and grant proposals. Excellent strategic understanding of market and donor trends, cycles and aid policies.

>         Twenty years senior management and leadership experience, including; corporate management roles,  strategic planning, human resources management,  financial administration and management, risk and contract management. High level diplomatic skills interacting with clients, program stakeholders and international partners.   

>         Three years experience in emergency response and humanitarian aid in conflict zones, including;  logistics, planning, management, monitoring and reporting (ICRC - former Yugoslavia, CARE – Iraq, Yemen, Jordan, PNG).
