Engineer in Electricity/Electronics with a 15-year experience in the design, procurement, installation and maintenance of hospitals, their technical networks and features (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, CSSD, medical gases, ...) and their biomedical equipping. This experience has been gained in Africa and South East Asia in development projects funded by BTC, WB, ADB, and EU. This expert has also worked several years in the radiocommunication area (aeronautical and marine) as a R&D engineer and Maintenance professional. His mother tongue is French. He has a good command of English and a basic knowledge of Dutch and Portuguese.
