Ms. Nawel Hafid Guellal is a graduate of the International Institute of Management in International Marketing, has a Master in Entrepreneurship of Euromed Relations from the International University of Venice and Universittà Cattolicà of Milan.

Her professional career has allowed her to evolve for more than 10 years on the issues related to communication and awareness, within institutional structures, non-governmental or private bodies, in Algeria, the MENA Region and recently the Balkans.
 
Through her experience in the cooperation sector, Ms. Nawel Guellal has acquired an excellent knowledge and practice of development projects, their procedures and regulations in terms of visibility.

Ms. Nawel Hafid Guellal also masters the issues of communication and awareness campaigns, having developed and formulated several Communication Strategies for structures  as well as programs.

Founder of a social consulting, training and expertise company dedicated to promoting and maximizing the impact of development projects, particularly through communication: Human Development Network (HDN), Ms. Nawel Guellal has a field knowledge that allows her to quickly and operationally apprehend the issues of dissemination and awareness within the framework of any program. She accompanies and advises the beneficiary groups in the definition of their communication strategy for the Program, through the development of a planned communication tool.

Ms. Nawel Hafid Guellal is also active as a trainer for civil society. This extensive experience as a creator of communication training content, in particular, is a strong added value, allowing to add to any project, the dimension of the transfer of knowledge and know-how that is considered essential for the full success of her missions.
 
Finally, Ms. Nawel Hafid Guellal regularly speaks as an expert with the EU on the issue of organizational communication and visibility.
