During my 7-year career in international cooperation I have had the opportunity to work in education, peace building and conflict transformation projects of the German Development Cooperation/GIZ, for which I developed the functions of technical advisor in planning and monitoring and technical advisor in capacity building.
I have experience in the design of methodologies, implementation and facilitation of cooperation, dialogue and multilevel negotiation processes.
Also, I have successfully developed individual and organizational capacities at the community and institutional levels, with methodological approaches in training, co-participative construction and knowledge exchange.
I have experience in the design and implementation of instruments and methods for project planning and monitoring.
Experience in managing relationships between donors and beneficiaries; experience in organizing, developing and moderating events.
