Governance Advisor, Born on May 12, 1979; Master in Law and Master in Project Management; fluent in French and proficient in English; 15 years of work experience; 10 years as Senior Manager engaging to hold Local Governments more accountable through CSOs capacity building; 10 years in managing projects in Local Governance, Civil Society strengthening, citizen participation, Public Administration Reform, social accountability; 08 years in organizing and facilitating workshops, trainings for Local Authorities, Civil servants and CSOs; Good experience working with CSOs, Government Officials, public institutions and donors; Good expertise in coaching and mentoring Local Elected Officials and CSOs; Strong managerial skills in overseeing administration and financial duties;Good functional knowledge and experience of EU, GIZ, Plan International, OXFAM, UN and other donors procedures. Good skills in proposals writing; Good knowledge of Gender Equality.

I have worked with many donors in different countries in Africa ( Benin, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Ghaba, Niger, Senegal, Togo) to build capacities of Local Governments, sub-national governments and CSOs for best public services delivery (Health, WASH, Education, etc.); I have coached Local Governments (in Result-Based-Management, Domestic Revenue Mobilization, Participatory Budget,); I have empowered CSOs (in advocacy, Community Scorecard, social audit) to stand for their rights to influence policies and to improve livings in the communities.
