Proficient in GIS, AUTODESK, and project management software, the expert holds certifications in Primavera and PMP. Their accomplishments include successful project delivery, technical audits, and capacity building in energy plant operations, contributing significantly to infrastructure and development projects across multiple countries.

Project experience and donor exposure

The expert has collaborated with international donors such as the World Bank and the European Union. In Rwanda, they provided technical assistance and project management for the Energy Water Sanitation Authority under the World Bank's SEDP project. They also worked on EU-funded projects, offering technical assistance for the management and supervision of ISPA contracts in Romania's water and sanitation sector. These projects involved infrastructure development and capacity building at national and regional levels, primarily in Romania and Rwanda.

Worked extensively in the energy, procurement, water and sanitation, and grant management sectors, the expert has held roles such as project manager, financial expert, and procurement expert, managing both local and international projects. Fluent in Romanian and English, with native proficiency in Romanian, the expert holds an English Language Diploma from the British Business Academy, indicating formal proficiency.
