Holder of MA Degree in Public Administration majoring in e-Government and e-Policy from Graduate School of Governance-SunKyunKwan University of Seoul, South Korea July 2015-February 2017. PGD in Poverty Analysis for Social Economic Policy and Development from International Institute of Social Studies: The Hague- The Netherlands-2009- 2010, and a BA Degree in Economics from University of Dar-e s- salaam- Tanzania 2002-2005.

Prior to assuming my current position as a Head of Planning at e-Government Authority, I worked as a Planning Officer for Ministry of Water under Directorate of Policy and Planning the position I served for six (6) years (2007 – 2013), of which 2 years I worked under M&E Section, 2 years under Budget Section and 2 years under Policy Section
I undergone several training courses in the areas of Public Private Partnerships such as Projects officers management skills, Contract compliances, fundamentals of regulations etc
I have over ten (10) years’ work experience in the Water and ICT sector where I have been able to coordinate implementations of e-Government Projects implemented by e-Government Authority in Tanzania.
I am Certified PPP specialist after completing a series of PPP training Program offered by the Institute for Public Private Partnerships of Washington DC, USA.
