Leading a team of four staff to provide monitoring and evaluation technical support to USAID|Ghana Office of Economic Growth and its Implementing Partners as USAID|Ghana implements its programs under a number of development initiatives under the 2013-2018 Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS). Responsible for providing leadership for developing and maintaining comprehensive monitoring plans and systems to manage data for all EG office Development Objective (DO) programs. Determine the information to collect, data sources, survey methodologies and instruments, data quality assessments to be performed and the frequency of data collection. Provide technical guidance to USAID|Ghana EG office Project/Activity Managers (called Contract/Agreement Officer Representatives - CORs/AORs) to verify data reported by 22 USAID|Ghana Implementing Partner projects in agriculture, health and nutrition, economic growth, energy sectors as well as the fisheries sub-sectors of the Ghanaian economy. Prepare Scope of work for evaluations and participate in evaluations as required.
