Engaged in lifelong learning and continuous improving skills processes, I got Masters’ degrees in interconnected domains such as economics development, project management, educational system management, instructional design, digital training design, research in digital education, employment and entrepreneurship. Thanks to these high level training, I acquired strong skills and built a profile of a vetted sectoral expert in Education/TVET, Labor/Employment economics, Entrepreneurship with solid knowledge of “how” to take into account in operations cross-cutting issues such as gender, sustainable development and innovation.

From September 10, 2009, I got about 12 years of working experience. I worked in public administration, in international organizations at national and international levels as (i) Employment and vocational training advisor, (ii) Regional director of youth, vocational training and employment, (iii) Associate expert in vocational training and employment, (iv) Instructional design expert/technical advisor, (v) Employment, Reintegration and Community Development Specialist and (vi) National Coordinator of the Women and Youth Entrepreneurship Program. Since January 01, 2021, I held the position of Senior Education Economist Officer at African Development Bank.
