Gregory was educated at Imperial College, London where he studied Civil & Environmental Engineering. Following his M.Sc. in Information Technology, completed a year later, he started working as a hydraulics engineer in a local firm in Greece where he got involved in the design of large scale regional and municipal hydraulics projects. At the dawn of the EU recession he transferred his 8yr experience and knowledge to another engineering consulting firm named ADT OMEGA S.A., where he took over the management of significant hydraulics projects. He successfully managed to introduce new specialized drafting and modeling software reducing the design completion time by a minimum of 25% and design revisions time by 60%. In early 2015 Gregory was appointed head of the hydraulics design department of SALFO & Associates S.A., an international consulting firm working in the Middle East and the EU. He spent 10 months in Qatar designing and supervising hydraulics works and then moved to the firm's headquarters where he leads the hydraulics design department. His management and technical expertise resulted in the successful completion of previously delayed projects.
