More than 25 years of international experience focused on gender equality; women and girls' rights and empowerment; GBV; social justice, diversity, equity and inclusion; GESI and GEDSI; SRHR; and HIV/AIDS. Extensive global-scope experience, with in-country experience in 18 countries across global regions with numerous UN agencies, philanthropies, bilateral and multilateral international development partners, local and international NGOs, CSOs and governments at different levels.
I serve as an international expert on adolescent girls and young women (AGYW), women's tights and gender equality, GBV and HIV/AIDS to numerous UN and bilateral agencies. I have undertaken extensive multi-country and complex evaluations on gender equality and women's empowerment, women's rights, GBV, HIV/AIDS, SRHR and poverty and inequality. I have conducted nine country Gender Programmatical Reviews for UNICEF in two global regions. I regularly undertake internationally recruited gender and inclusion expert assignments. These assignments include providing technical assistance and high-level advisory services; facilitating strategic processes; developing strategies and capacities; training and skills development; undertaking evaluations, reviews and assessments; and developing learning and knowledge resources to advance inclusion and social, political and economic empowerment for social and gender justice. I also work on diversity, equity and inclusion efforts with global organisations, including philanthropies and policy research institutes.
