Team leader for on-site projects and programs evaluation missions, coordination, dialogue and harmonization with co financiers BEI, World Bank, AFD, KFW, lFC, Arab Funds, etc.

Analysis and structuring of infrastructure project as PPP and participation of the private sector and equity funds.

Geographic experience: 50 countries in Africa. Europe, South and Central America, Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS republics, Middle East, Far East and South East Asia.
