Modelling of Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Primary Education in Zamboanga del Norte

Objectives: The grant aims to enhance early childhood education (ECE) and primary education in Zamboanga del Norte by the end of December 2026. Key objectives include increasing enrollment percentages for children aged 3-8 across 12 barangays by the school year 2025-2026, fostering developmental milestones in children, and boosting Grade 1 to 3 pupils' reading and numeracy skills in 4 municipalities. The program will implement comprehensive systems across ready children, families, schools, and communities. It will ensure developmental assessments and interventions for young children, training for parents, caregivers, and professionals, and establish community tracking and monitoring mechanisms for continuous educational support, with an emphasis on scalability and sustainability across multiple layers of administration.
