Implementation of the Gender Action Learning System (GALS) Methodology in the Youth in Agribusiness (Vijana Kilimo Biashara) Programme

Objectives: The Vijana Kilimo Biashara (VKB) project aims to implement the Gender Action Learning System (GALS) methodology to enhance gender equality and empower women in the agribusiness sector across Tanzania, specifically focusing on regions like Arusha, Manyara, Dodoma, and others. Objectives include leading the GALS methodology implementation, building capacities of WFP staff and partners, reviewing and contextualizing GALS materials for facilitators, and developing a comprehensive manual and implementation plan. The project aims to transform gender dynamics in agricultural value chains, focusing on areas like sunflower, sorghum, and horticulture.
