Request for Proposals "Support to the Missing Persons Mechanism"

Objectives: The Partnership for a Strong Ukraine Program, Phase 2 (PSU-2) aims to bolster Ukrainian government resilience amidst Russian aggression by supporting local communities through collaboration with Ukrainian authorities, civil society, media, and the private sector. Key outcomes include enhancing Ukraine's capacity to counter Russian isolation attempts and support reintegration, improving service provision in vulnerable communities to maintain trust in the Ukrainian state, fostering social cohesion, and utilizing local data to inform national policies. Specific activities focus on supporting missing persons through judicial processes, inclusive community recovery, and establishing national standards for transitional justice.
