e.Gen is looking for consultants for the project titled "Formulation of Commune Land Use Plan" in Cambodia.
The Land Management/Land Administration Specialist must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to Land Management and Land Administration with at least five years’ experience in land use planning/land administration, advanced writing skills, an understanding of the CLUP process and also be experienced in the use of GIS tools for mapping.
Specific tasks will include:
• Cooperate with all local sub-national authority stakeholders for the effective and efficient implementation of the CLUPs in the target province including the provincial Project Office and the PLMUPCC;
• Provide direct technical support to relevant sub-national stakeholders for the organization of regular dissemination workshops and facilitate in partnership with the PLMUPCC in the conduct of all commune consultations;
• In consultation with the Provincial/Regional Coordinator and Provincial Land Use Planning/Land Use Specialist, consolidate the CLUPs and maps and assist CCs to understand and apply the content in their commune development planning process;
• Undertake the compilation work and field work as necessary to complete CLUP technical report accordingly based on CLUP agreed format and incorporated the result of CAEA, mapping and analysis, etc.;
• Be responsible for the identification of specific issues relating to land management/land administration identified in the CLUPs; and
• Undertake other duties identified by the Provincial/Regional Coordinator and the Team Leader.
