e.Gen is looking for Team Leader for the project titled "Formulation of Commune Land Use Plan" in Cambodia.

The Team Leader will provide overall management of the consulting services in the target provinces, and will report to Project Director through the Project Manager and CLUP Implementation Team of MLMUPC/PCO during the assignment to ensure conformity with WB procedures and adherence to the conditions specified in the IDA Credit 6706-KH. S/he will preferably have at least a Master’s degree in land use and spatial planning or similar degree and field with, at least 10 years’ experience in rural land use planning, land management or similar field and experience as a Team Leader on at least one similar project. S/he should preferably have past experience and be aware of administrative and financial procedures applied on WB projects. S/he is required to provide leadership and mentoring to the team and must have excellent communication skills to ensure effective liaison with all sub-national authorities as well as the MLMUPC/PCO. S/he is required to spend a significant proportion of time working in the target provinces to support the work of the other team members. S/he will have demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and be highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Under the overall guidance of the Project Director/Project Manager and the CLUP Implementation Team of MLMUPC/PCO, the Team Leader will work directly with the MLMUPC/PCO to supervise the implementation of CLUPs. Inputs are expected to be full time during the entire period of the assignment. The Team Leader will coordinate the inputs of the whole team, and will be key to linking of monitoring and progress reporting and coordination of activities.
