Legal expert - Experience in Kyrgizstan

OBJECTIVES

The Consultant shall assist the Company to improve its commercial standing, service and environmental and social performance by helping to identify and implement the necessary corporate, financial and operational improvements required to meet the related covenants included in the EBRD finance documents.

SCOPE OF WORK

• FOPIP Scope

The Consultant will initially prepare a FOPIP for the Company, which will focus on ensuring that the Company meets the covenants set forth in the financing documentation with EBRD

Expert Profile

Key expert 5. : Legal expert with a legal degree and preferably at least 10 years of professional experience.

The expert should have previous experience in the region and experience of working on developing and implementing PSC assignments, CDP and FOPIPs in relevant sectors is essential;
