Finance Expert - Experienced in Corporate Development Programme in Water/WW Sector

 OBJECTIVES

The Consultant shall assist the Company to improve its commercial standing, service and environmental and social performance by helping to identify and implement the necessary corporate, financial and operational improvements required to meet the related covenants included in the EBRD finance documents

FOPIP Scope

The Consultant will initially prepare a FOPIP for the Company, which will focus on ensuring that the Company meets the covenants set forth in the financing documentation with EBRD. 

Key expert 3. Finance expert preferably an accountant or economist, preferably with five years of professional experience. The expert should have previous experience in CIS countries and experience of working on at least 3 (three) corporate development programme assignments in water/wastewater sectors is essential
