Entrepreneurial Learning Expert

DRS is looking for an Entrepreneurial Learning Expert in Tunisia. The purpose of the project is to provide support services for ETF.

Title of assignment: "Support to the Lighthouse publication "Tunisia: Promoting Entrepreneurship as a key competence across the Vocational training system"."
Profile:
Entrepreneurial Learning Expert (Category II)
Professional and/ or education experience:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the design and delivery of entrepreneurial learning or enterprise (entrepreneurship) education or entrepreneurship key competence development, including curricula development, teachers' training, and production of teaching and assessing tools (at least part of it in the recent years - with reference to the EU's EntreComp);
• Proven experience working with stakeholders, including policy makers, social partners, school directors, and teachers.

Country/ Region-specific expertise:

• Working experience in Tunisia and a good understanding of the national context;
  Other skills such as writing / IT /presentation/facilitation skills/ability to work in a team etc.: Proven academic writing skills (Provide a list of relevant publications);

Language skills:

• English proficiency (C1) and Good knowledge of French (B2);
• Assets (Optional): Knowledge of the Arabic language.

*Civil servants cannot be proposed as experts to work in any ETF assignments.
