Team Leader, Thematic Meta Evaluation EIDHR CBSS 2014-2021 (Cat I)

Title: THEMATIC META EVALUATION EIDHR CBSS 2014-2021 (> 12 Experience)

The experts should have solid experience for the thematic priorities below:

1) Torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment and punishment

2) Discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity

3) Environment and Human Rights

4) Support to political parties

5) Domestic election observations

Education: 

• at least 12 years of professional experience in the areas of development, human rights and/or civil society issues
• Hold at least a Master Degree or, in its absence, equivalent professional experience in Law, Political Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies or other subject relevant to the call to be assessed   

General experience: At least 5 completed intervention-level or strategic evaluations

Specific experience: 

At least 10 years of general professional experience in the area of evaluations, mostly in but not limited to the field of development cooperation, with solid experience in rigorous evaluation methods and techniques

Team Leader should have led at least one evaluation as an Evaluation Team Leader

Language : Spanish or French or Portuguese
