The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all operational and administrative functions at the American International Health Alliance (AIHA), an international non-profit organization that currently has three projects in three countries. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that AIHA operations are efficient, effective, and in compliance with organizational policies, donor regulations and local laws. Specifically, this position ensures that all AIHA operational functions (contracts, procurement, administration, human resources, IT, travel/logistics, compliance/legal) provide effective, timely, cost-effective, and high‐quality support to AIHA programs.
This is a remote position; location in Washington, DC metro area is preferred.
Flexible hours
