Description

Project title: Evaluation, identification, and formulation of a post-AUSP IV institutional support programme for the AU 

The indicative start date is 21/02/2023 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 120 days from this date (indicative end date: 21/06/2023).

General description of the position:

  • To provide an evaluation of the impact and document lessons learned of the ongoing AUSP progamme to feed the identification and formulation of the new action
  • To map stakeholders and partnerships for future engagement
  • To support the TL in identifying and liaising with beneficiaries, stakeholders, and partners for future engagement in the framework of the programme to be planned

Expert category: Cat. II (>6 years of experience)
Qualifications and skills required: A Master's degree at the academic level in international studies or other related fields, or equivalent professional experience of 6 years.

General professional experience: At least 6 years of professional experience in areas such as programme cycle management, M&E, partners and stakeholders mapping, and consultations.
Specific professional experience:

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the role of stakeholders and partners engagement with multilateral and regional organizations
  • Experience in beneficiaries, stakeholders, and partners' engagement
  • Specific experience with the AU and African RECs will be a highly valued asset.

Language skills: Fluent in English and French
Minimum number of working days: 100 days
