International Team Leader (Construction Supervision)

We intend to identify an international Team Leader for supervision services of the implementation of specific identified investment projects in Saranda, Albania, including monitoring, inspection and reporting. The investments are a tailored package of urban upgrading and transport related infrastructure improvements, e.g. improvements of roads and junctions, upgrading of squares and construction of a Welcome Center.

The timeframe for the supervision services is expected to be 16 months, starting in Q1/2023.

The minimum requirements are as follows:

• Master (3+2) or equivalent University Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture;
• 15 years of postgraduate experience in projects of Urban / Transport Planning & Project Management in similar projects;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as Team Leader / Resident Engineer / Engineer Representative / Supervisor’s representative in service contracts in charge of supervision or works contracts for construction or reconstruction of infrastructure projects related to roads, urban infrastructure, buildings;
• Experienced in supervision of construction works under World Bank Conditions of Contractor, Albanian Legislation and internationally recognized contract conditions used by IFIs.
