About the role
MAIN JOB PURPOSE
Generating revenue growth in the assigned group of countries, whilst managing key clients and pipeline management of delegate enrolments for all TPD scheduled courses.
Reporting to the Lead, Business Development, TPD
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
Win
Promote the full range of TPD services and capabilities to existing and prospective clients
Establish and develop high level relationships including with partner organisations
Meet or exceed individual revenue targets for each country within remit, alongside overall revenue and other commercial targets
Support technical / commercial input into proposals, bids and tenders, liaising with trainers and the client
Convert leads generated by direct marketing campaigns, product intelligence and other sources into tangible course bookings
Production of sales and marketing documents for sales campaigns as required
Manage
Effective management of open course pipeline, inputting of client data and creation of accurate delegate status reports
Communication with international offices as necessary to ensure efficient management of pipeline and forecasting delegate numbers
Deliver
Provide intelligence on buying patterns, political and economic situations, client needs and competition
Build
Work with the Lead Business Development, Head of Training and Professional Development (TPD), and regional business development managers to establish revenue 1-3 year growth plans for an assigned groups of countries
General

About you
Requirements
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent working experience
Proven track record in sales, client relationship management, preferably from a commercial training sales or international development/consultancy background
Proven track record in business development, sales and/or client relationship management, preferably from a commercial training sales or international development/consultancy background
Good commercial understanding and client management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Articulacy and fluency in spoken and written English
Mature and calm approach to all work situations
Ability to win the respect of very senior professionals and officials
This job is based in Central London and attendance at the office will be a requirement for a minimum of two days per week
Overseas travel to client countries will be a requirement (approximately 2-3 times per year)
