Qualifications and skills

• University degree in education or human resource development

General professional experience

• Minimum 7, preferably 10 years of relevant experience in early childhood development projects

Specific professional experience

• Minimum 7 years experience in working on policy and legal framework for preschool education
• Experience in preparation and implementation of trainings for preschool professionals
• Regional or national expertise only
