Designation: Consultant-Transaction Advisory Services

Location: Bhubaneshwar

Duration: 1 year

Role Overview:
Transaction Advisory Consultant shall assist our clients in understanding the value of their business enterprise, assets and complex financial instruments. We are engaged by our clients for a variety of purposes including transactions, financial reporting, tax, regulatory and strategic planning. Consultants contribute to complex engagements as part of the valuation process including tasks such as: developing financial models, conducting industry and company research, and constructing thorough and concise narrative reports. Consultants are responsible for performing high quality work in the creation of client deliverables.

Role Requisites:
- MBA in Finance/Master in Statistics from institute of repute
- Relevant experience of 5 - 7 years
- Ability to develop high quality draft deliverables consisting of valuation models, reports, proposals, and presentations for review by senior team members
- Have strong knowledge of valuation principles, theoretical finance and economics, finance modelling
- Good hold of concepts related to cash flows, DCF, option pricing model, Blacks-Scholes, alternative investments, tangible and intangible valuation, and fixed income
- Ability to perform analysis in connection with GFR
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to complete the projects in an efficient manner to meet client deadlines
- Assist with proper engagement documentation
- Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously for different senior team members
- Possess excellent communication skills to build and manage relationship with the onshore engagement managers
- Ability to work independently and manage certain aspects of client engagements
- Ensure quality control measures are followed in the development of client deliverables
- Ability to quickly adjust project scope and workflow as priorities change
- Strong analytical and research skills
