Circular Economy Policy Experts

DT Global is seeking experienced candidates in various countries in the field of circular economy and sustainable economic growth, with strong policy expertise. Main requirements listed below:

Qualifications and skills

• Master’s degree in economics, environmental sciences, public administration, or related fields.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact in different cultural settings.
• Excellent verbal and written command of Spanish and English.

General professional experience

• At least 10 years of general professional experience in the fields of circular economy and sustainable economic growth / green growth.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior project manager position.
• At least 5 years of experience providing policy advice (formulation and implementation of policies, programmes and strategies) in the above-mentioned fields and at least one experience in the formulation of circular economy policies/roadmaps.
• At least 8 years of experience supporting institutional reforms and institutional strengthening.
• At least 3 years of experience in public-private dialogue and/or multi-actor dialogue facilitation.
