TL for Design and Works Supervision of Condominial Network, with Anaerobic Baffle RT Plant and the Engagement of BCC

Consultancy Services for the Design and Supervision of the Construction of Condominial Network, with Anaerobic Baffle Reactor Treatment Plant and the Engagement of Behaviours Change Communication (BCC) in Malanje City

It is requested to carry out the designs for new household sanitation facilities and upgrading of the sanitation at household level for connections to the condominial network, including provision of BCC services. 

The facilities to be designed are Pour flush, Inspection chambers, sewer lines and Anaerobic Baffle Reactor Treatment Plant. In addition to the designs to be produced the consultant will be fully responsible for the BCC services and construction supervision of all the infrastructures to be designed and constructed under this assignment. In support of the above the Consultant will conduct the Behaviour Change Campaigns in the City and involve the Selection of Service Options based on CLUES Approach, elaborate and implement the Stakeholder Engagement Plan and the Grievance Redress Mechanism Plan, and testing and commissioning of “Piloting Small-scale Sanitation Service delivery in Peri Urban Areas”.
