Qualifications and Skills

•          At least a M.Sc. level University degree or equivalent professional experience of not less than 10 years;
•     Knowledge of concerned EU legislation in the requested field, namely knowledge of Georgia’s climate policy framework, legislation and practical aspects of climate change policy implementation;
•          Proven research and presentation skills;
•          Experience in legal drafting;
•         Excellent communication and reporting skills;
•         Fluency in written and spoken English, Georgian language would be an asset;

Professional Experience

• At least 10 years of general professional experience
• Proven record of at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the concerned field
•  Working experience of working in/with the public authorities and/or consultant;
• Working experience in the ENP region.
